Geek Squad.. What can i say other than I can't believe you call yourself customer oriented. When my old computer was just about on it's last leg when I called Best buy's geek squad. I took them my computer and was told after a day that I would be best to just buy a new computer. Then the rep started telling me about a PC they had on sale. I felt like I was being coerced so i decided to think on it before making a decision. I was just about to throw it out and purchase a new one when I was told that I could save money by just making some small upgrades to my computer. I definitely would benefit from a RAM Memory increase as well as a newer faster hard drive. And it would be less than half of what id pay for a new PC. I sent in my computer to them and had them install the new components. I had my computer back in a week and it was like a whole new machine! It ended up saving me hundreds of dollars and time.
