My boyfriend bought a bed, dresser, and futon from Nat's in October. They delivered the wrong futon mattress without the frame and said that the frame was out of stock. We just got the frame in MARCH! It took them another 3 weeks to deliver the right size mattress but instead of the 10 inch one we paid for, this new one is only 8 inches thick. In the past 5 and half months, we've been calling them and every time they would give us a different answer: ""oh it's in already"", ""actually it's not"", ""it's out of stock"", ""it's sitting in the back room"". There were many times when they had promised to call on a certain day to update us on the status of the futon but did not call at all. So after almost half a year without our futon and realizing that the one they finally sent is cheaper than the one we paid for, we were sick and tired of even going back to ask for a refund for the difference in price because we don't want to waste anymore time than we have dealing with them.
