It is completely obvious what is going on here. Either pattyann1953 works for the ""Milford-Franklin Eye Ctr"" and is trying to salvage the name of the business by creating fictitious review or she is incredibly attractive, married to the dentist or gets her kicks off by contradicting others via online blogs & reviews. Everyone was thinking this, I merely stated it aloud.
