I was referred to Lions Gym by a friend as I was preparing for the Miss Minnesota USA pageant. Before going to Lions Gym I thought I was in pretty good shape. I ran a lot and worked out 3-5 times a week. However, working out at Lions Gym, taking classes and personal training sessions, brought my workouts to a whole new level. I was noticing my improved strength and stamina. Also, I loved the results I was seeing. In the personal training sessions I was able to push myself and feel challenged. Needless to say my abs designed by Lions Gym was a show stopper! I am so thankful to the Lions gym staff for making my health and fitness their priority!
