Joining Lions Gym has been one of the most positive things I have done for myself in 2009! One couldn?t ask for a better place to meet one?s health goals. The owners care deeply for the clients and have created an atmosphere where any body type can work out and achieve results! My trainer is filled with knowledge and expertise about the human body and has made the workouts just right for me. Lions Gym is a great gym for affordable monthly memberships, personal training and classes. My only regret is that I didn?t join Lions Gym sooner. Lions Gym has changed my life!
