I would just like to thank you for your AWESOME customer service that you provided for me today. When your team did an inspection on my current brake pad and noticed a pitch and groove on my 2003 honda accord EX Sedan. You recommended that I go back to the dealership and get a warranty replacement for the pads. Thinking that it was covered under warranty which I paid 500+ dollars for the dealership repair cost. They were not willing to help me out.
But what you did for me was provide me with excellent customer service and made good recommendations. It also gave me a sense of security that I was NOT getting ripped off. Thanks for everything and continue what you guys are doing. You have a loyal customer for life!
