I called days before dirving 200+ miles to get a Rush repair done on my Line 6. I told the owner, we had contacted the manfaucturer and had isolated the problem to needing a replacement jack installed. I told this guy 3 times while in the shop, we did not have tones backed up because of a lack of a computer with a midi. HE DID NOT LISTEN!!!!!! Instead he kept pushing this ""warm & fat"" amp and would not listen to what we were saying. Picked it up the next day, the bill was twice the anticipated price. They did replace the switches, they also ""cleaned it up"" something I did NOT agree to pay a rush fee of $127.50 per hour for and without calling either cell phone number to let us know the status of the amp, they ERASED EVERY TONE back to box status. 5 years of tones are GONE !!!!! We found this out only after driving back home and plugging it in. When we called the following day, we got ATTITUDE, and his final words to me were ""Then I suggest you don't buy a Warm & Fat and don't use my business again"" Notice how he's still trying to sell this other dumb amp I don't care about. He did not even say sorry for basically KILLING our band's sound. Drive to Berkeley or Medford, but avoid this guy like the plauge.
Pros: They are an authorized repairs shop
Cons: They're pushy and DON'T listen
