Horribly understaffed. Workers are not well-trained. Equipment sucks! I went in twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times I had to wait 10 minutes to get help. When I finally got to the counter, the worker said he'd have to wait for the last job to finish on the copier. Now there were 6 machines behind the counter... not sure why he had to wait for that particular copy. When I finally got them (which took forever), my copies had flecks of toner stuck to them; worker would not redo the work or discount the price. The 2nd time, their fax machine double-charged me. When I tried to get a refund, I was told to wait in the same 6 or 8 person line. Remember, it takes the overworked, under-trained people nearly 10 minutes per customer. This would mean I'd have to wait an hour or more just to get $1 back. Forget it. This place sucks! I'm never going there again. I'll go to Office Depot on Lake next to Kroger's. They have all the same services and their service doesn't suck.
