I tried to get call several times and could not get a ""person"" on the line for several minutes. Annoying. I needed to cancel an appt that I had just booked the previous afternoon at 4 and was told ""that would be a 'MARK' by my name with their 24 hr cancellation policy. HELLO?? I AM A NEW CUSTOMER!!! They also would not honor my gift certificate from the company they purchased 'Radiance Med Spa'. No thanks, I won't be calling back. Plenty of other places to go!
