On Sunday evening, we had a major water problem in the unfinished portion of our basement. We contacted Roto-Rooter and a technician was at our house within the hour. A very nice young man cleared the blockage to stop the back-up and brought in a larger shop vacuum for us to use to remove the water while he decided what needed to be done. He snaked the pipes out to the street and then used the camera to determine what our problem was. We were provided options for repair and the next day the manager came back to give estimates for repair and additional preventive maintenance options. We were completely satisfied with our service so far and would highly recommend them. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn there was no extra charge for an afterhours/weekend service call.
