Was shocked tonight when sways refused to honor my valid gift certificate. The owner is mad because he did not cancel his subscription to restaurantcom before it was automatically renewed for another year. Rather than resolve the issue with restaurantcom, he is stiffing his customers. No warning, no signs, just a nasty surprise with the check. Surprise, the bill is double what you were expecting. They have definitely lost my business forever.
