Called them, and was told service charge is $79 to show up and evaluate Problem with my electric drier. $79 to be credited toward repair if I excepted estimate, If I did not want work performed I would still be charged the $79. I agreed. Tech's (2) showed up on time, evaluated problem, and was given an estimate of over $190. It needed what looked like a $ 15 part ( plastic joint and metal plate) When I complained about the rediculousprice they lowerd it to $164.31 plus tax Total $177.87. I paid $ 199 for the drier new 7 years ago. Total time spent at my house was approx 1.5 hours.
