****CONTINUATION OF FIRST REVIEW*** It made no sense, if they didn?t have my written authorization, signature, how can they process my payment and say they can?t refund me. The other agent then looked at the others in the office and said ?this is why we can?t do favors to anyone?..I had not idea they were doing me any ?favors? by charging me more than what was agreed and then giving me a hard time for my full refund. The other agent said ?then you must go because you have no insurance with us?, all these while the charge was still pending in my account. I am sure if they are smart they won?t process that charge otherwise they will be using my credit card information to make an unauthorized charge. My bank is pending to see if it post or if it will fall out. If it posts my bank already knows this is a faulty company who is not authorize to charge me anything because I never signed anything with them and my bank will file a suit dispute against Eguino & Associates. They were putting pressure to see if I would fall for it and sing the papers that I was accepting the policy. I hope that they do not run the charge through because I have the best bank and I am a bank employee and they will be in big trouble. Anyhow, what was the worst is the way they did business, I am positive I will not be scammed unless they want to be suit, but just their RUDE attitude and IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, being sneaky about additional charges just did not work for me. BEWARE of this type of agencies who are only after people?s money, especially after those who don?t follow through and are so na?ve and believe everything these people tell them. I purchased insurance with a reputable company which at the beginning I thought would be too expensive and their rate was even lower than the quote I got with Eguino & Assoc., I could not believe it. This insurance company won?t pull this nonsense on me.
