Unfortunately, my organization's budget compelled us to use All Star for a large order of trophies. If you can afford it, it's well worth it to pay extra and go elsewhere. The awards themselves look good, but the headache it takes to get the plaques right (5+ rounds of proofing with the same mistakes over and over), lack of timeline communication from the account person, mistakes made on ordering, etc. are all reasons to avoid this business. I highly recommend going anywhere else!
