Under-handed business tactics 3/22/2010

After having been a very loyal customer with Hardesty for several years and transferring service over 3 residences, I have received the absolute worst treatment imaginable from this so-called company who claims to want to make my day better anytime they pick-up the phone. After being a gold club member, I was told that they were doing away with all former Gold club memberships as it was too costly for them to maintain. What? When a deal is made, it is just that - a deal. Why would a company do that to their loyal customers? I was even told they had already made several customers angry because of this action! I highly advise anyone who is considering this company to look elsewhere. They feign customer service, but seek only to take from the customer and, perhaps, more tragically to fail to uphold their word. This company isn't worth any effort in researching.
