This place seemed ok until we encountered a problem with their product. We had made two previous purchases from them and on the third they sold us carpet from end of row with traversing crease that they assured us would come out after a few weeks. When it didn't they were not helpful at all. They were reluctant to return calls. Had a callous attitude towards us and in the end decided they could care less if we were satisfied or not. If they are willing to treat a repeat customer this way then I would hate to have a problem on the first purchase. Would never use or recommend them to anyone.
