I have been using Modern Auto Care for at least 15 years. I first started using them many years ago when they were called Modern Tire. I was director of transportation for the Eden Prairie school district and we ordered our tires from them. They were a very honest, good group of people.
At the time, I had a mechanic at another shop, closer to where I was working, and when that mechanic left and went over to Modern Tire, I followed him. I have continued to use Modern Auto over the years because not only are they marvelous, warm, and friendly people, but they go extra miles to make sure everything is done right for your car and that it is done to your satisfaction.
I have had no problem with them whatsoever. The owner, Lou, understands everything that goes on in the shop. I even asked them for a recommendation on what kind of car to buy when I was looking to buy a new car.
When I had a problem with the seat of my car, they came over to the house to pick up the car and fix it. I am handicapped and need enough legroom to be able to get out of the car, so this problem needed to be fixed immediately. Lou went over to Subaru, picked up the part and put it in himself. That is the kind of customer service they provide.
