I was completely disappointed in the repair especially after reading reviews at CitySearch. He fixed the fridge and said he guaranteed it would work. About one month later fridge again did not work. After calling for 6 months he finally returned, said he now had found the problem but needed to order a part. He has never phoned or returned to complete the repair. I had to call another repair shop to finish the job. I would avoid like the plague.
