I knew nothing of diamonds or rings or anything like that. The staff at Joseph Jewelry is very professional, patient, and great at explaining to me how the grading and quality of the stones are measured and how to get me the right quality for what I wanted. They then helped me as I fumbled around not knowing what sort of design to go with and ended up with a really nice setting that I'm very pleased with.
The icing on the cake is that, being new to such things, I didn't know to give ample time to get the ring made before presenting, but Joseph managed to make the ring on a tight schedule and still had it done before I needed to present.
