So disappointed with Sushi Lounge (TOTOWA). After charging $120.00 EXTRA on my credit card, when my bill was only $11.00 or so, they refused to take responsibility for this matter and deal with my bank TD North, who requested information from them. Sushi Lounge failed to acknowledge that THEIR mistake and sloppy work ethic caused my checking account to over draw. Sushi Lounge refuses to take responsibility for this. Lack of business ethics? I think so. Pretty Pathetic that I have to sue them for such a simple mistake with such a simple solution. Pros: None Cons: Horrific business practice, employee credit card bungle more
