When I learned that I could get 3 x the tv channels and 3 x the telephone options when I bundled all services (TV, internet and phone) with a competitor, I called Cox to cancel. It was a miserable experience.
I was insulted, my intelligence was questioned and yet they were supposed to be on my side. One person hung up on me and finally I got through the process with another. Whew, never again with Cox.
Pros: great technical support
Cons: half the options for the same price
