I had a horrible experience at Pet Warehouse. My husband and I have been shopping there for a little over a year because they sell the brand of dog food that we purchase for our dogs. I am 8 months pregnant and I went in to buy a 40 pound bag of food. Since I can't carry it myself I asked the employees to help me. I was redirected rudely twice to ask someone else. Finally, after another customer offered to help me an employee finally agreed. She checked me out and said she would put the food in my car if I pulled it around. I pulled around, but when I got out to open the door for her, my doors weren't unlocked, so I had to go back around to the front. She rudely said, "You know it's cold out here." and proceeded to throw the food in my car when the door was open. I have never been treated so rudely by an employee of any store before. The women were extremely mean. I just wonder what happens when an elderly person or a handicapped person goes into the store and needs a bag
