We purchased our Volvo at Powell and had a mostly smooth experience. When the car was delivered, it did not have tinted glass, so they did that after-market. Little did we know, being new to AZ that was a bad idea. A few years later and now the tint is coming off when the windows go up and down. \r

The service department was really expensive and it seemed whenever I brought it in, I ended up with a new problem: flat tire a mile away, the under-carriage cover came off on the freeway, etc. They always explained it as coincidence.\r

Now we take it to David at the VoVo Shop on University in Tempe/Phoenix.
