I bought a Laptop from best buy a little over a year ago. When I bought it I also bought the Accidental Damage warranty. Unfortunately my laptop fell from my messenger bag on a large hill in San Francisco and was damaged beyond repair and was going to be "scraped" according to the Manager of their Geek Squad. Little did I know that this was going to be the beginning of a long, frustrating and sometimes insulting process. Upon arriving back in Minnesota and working with Best Buys Corporate guys I started to feel an ease of tension and that this 4 month ordeal may actually be coming to an end; all hopes were met at the Ridgedale store. First off we live in the area but I hate shopping at most of the businesses there. So I was a little skeptical at first. But along came THE MOST UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL employee of Best Buy I have EVER met. She was one of the managers their and she really smoothed things over for our family.
