Cons: Every task you give them to do costs ALOT of money. Don't think the $229 is the final bill! The experience level of your Agent may vary...by 20 years in some cases. A 1 hour job for an experienced agent may take 10 hours (no kidding!) for a rookie. They don't always carry everything they need to complete the job, and they will call back to support for help...often.\r
