i've been a tech for over 10 years and think that "frusturated pet owner" review is a joke. we'd see guys like him come in all of the time... not wanting to spend a dime. if his cat was on deaths door he should be a responsible pet owner to be aware enough that the most basic of diagnostics BLOODWORK costs money. pet costs money!!! if your cat has not been to a vet in a million years and you don't take care of it then you need to start somewhere after the exam. then that guy goes back a week later? and complains again!!! it's people like that that made being a tech so difficult. that blank stare from the vet he was probably thinking "why the hell didn't you bring your cat in sooner" or else "why can't you spend money on your pet" . this guy obviously has no clue. animal lovers feel frusturated with people like that!! i have never worked at this location but know people who highly recommend it and have for years. i think that this guy should NOTt be a pet owner!! i feel sorry for him an
