I had a terrible experience at this walmart today.I had a major stomach surgery a week ago and I have a drain tube in.I am not supposed to be out running around but I needed to make a quick trip to get a female product and return home quickly to get back into the garment that was having to be washed.I got into an express line but it stopped moving.Being in alot of pain I asked the lady named Lisa who was running self checkout if she would ring me up. I think she is a csm.She said ""no,they don't like us doing that"".I knew that is bull hockey because I have family that currently work for walmart and I used to work for walmart too.But I said ok and got back into line.I saw that the lady at the self checkout near me was finishing up so I got behind her to ring up my few items.A black lady and man came up from another angle and jumped in front of me.She put her things down.I thought to myself,well,ok maybe she's just putting her stuff down but surely she wouldn't be so rude to jump in front of me.Just then,sure enough,she started ringing up her stuff as soon as the other lady finished up.I stood there about 10 seconds but I just had to ask""you are gonna jump in front aof a person with a drain tube haning out of them"".she said hu?I repeated myself.She said""I don't care what is going on with you I'm just trying get outta here like everybody else"".The lady,no,woman,named Lisa saw the whole thing but still did not bother to ask if I needed assistance.And people,you can clearly see that I have a drain tube in and cannot even stand up straight.I usually have it pinned to my garment but as I said before,it was being washed.So I went back to the line and then I just felt so hurt that I went over to where Lisa was at and put my things in the return buggy and said""now,you can just put the shit back"".And then I called and spoke to Manager Monica.But I felt that was not enough,so I called 1800walmart and they told me it will go to a corporate level.And I hope it does.But more importantly,I hope but the big bad black woman and Lisa both have trouble sleeping tinight.Cause there is a thing call carma baby.Oh,and the man that was with the black woman looked embarrassed to be with her.Aren't you just sooo pround you embarrassed your man,and looked like a bitch in front of my son and several walmart customers?And Lisa,Walmart will still get my $300 a week in groceries and household supplies but it won't be yours.West franklin just got a new customer.
