2. Had to return an item that was purchased because of the poor quality. My salesman never returned my calls, so after 3 days I went to the store. After about 30 minutes of getting the run around, I finally explained the situation to the sales manager. He basically called me a liar. Finally after checking with his employees a refund was going to be issued in 10 to 15 days. So we will see. \r

3. You could not get me to step foot inside this store again enen if everything was on sale for a penny. The absolute worst shopping experience of my life
