I have long loved Jing Chuan, I go there every year for my birthday and I have always recommended it. Unfortunately, I don't know if I could ever go back. There was a mix up with our bill and we were shorted by 90 cents. No biggie...but we just wanted to clear it up and add it onto the tip. Let me give you a little advice...DO NOT QUESTION THE STAFF!!!!!! There language barrier didn't make it any easier. We tried to explain and even calculated it our several times....it was so frustrating and the women was getting so angry that we said we just wanted to forget it and let it go. It was then that the women completely yelled at us in a fully seated dining room. Everyone was looking at us as she totally lost it. As we were walking out it appeared the owner had been notified and was trying to explain to her that she did indeed make a mistake. It was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I felt belittled and embarrassed. I don't like to make a scene but she obviously doesn't like to be questioned. As I said, the food is great but I wouldn't recommend the customer service to anyone!!!
Pros: I can't discredit the food...it is really delicious
Cons: We were completely told off by a staff member
