I lived here for about a year. Over the course of my time here, the apartment management seems to have lowered its standards with respect to the quality of tenants, presumably in an effort to fill up the building. People have started hanging out in the parking garage, which is kind of sketchy especially late at night. In addition, there is always some problem with the elevators, and it is not uncommon for the complex to be down to one elevator for the entire 35 floor building. The security guard is usually in the lobby late at night, but they frequently have to do rounds and are away from the desk for long periods of time. One of the guards spends the entire evening on his phone, and doesn't seem like he is doing much to keep the place safe. There are sketchy people dowtown and any thief, murderer, or rapist could easily get into and around the building if he just acts like he is delivering a pizza. \r

Like any gables property they have zero leniancy with any of the rules, so don't be a minute late on rent or they are going to slap you with a fee, and you better be sure to give 60-days notice to vacate, etc. I knew this going into it, though. Just be sure to read your contract carefully and be sure to hold them to every letter of it because they are certainly going to recite it to you anytime they can squeeze an extra penny out of you. And put everything in writing, no matter how friendly they seem, they are not going to remind you of what your contract says until they can bend you over with it. \r
Pros: close to work
Cons: lower class tenants, unhelpful leasing staff
