I've brought three dogs to VRCC for various emergencies over the past 4 years. Diagnoses include bloat, ingestion of poisonous mushrooms, and stomach surgery to remove a corn cob that was stuck. Each and every time I felt that my dogs were well cared for, with plenty of time with the vets. Everyone was always very professional and kept me informed on the dog's status. They take the time to fully listen to our description of the problem - which I find "regular" vets often don't. As other reviews note, costs are high, but they are upfront about the costs. I'm so thankful they exist.
