I had 2 phone calls answered by a "half-dead sounding young female" employee that sounded like her "best and last boy-friend had just been run over". She seemed too tired to answer simple questions about stock, and directions. \r
(I do not live close-by and it is a commute to the store.) \r
I was pleasant at all times to her.\r
Some employee customer-service training is sorely needed, \r
or med's for depression and PMS. :)
