Listen very well and seem knowledgeable. She talk so you can understand and is willing to listen to your suggestions. I have transferred some funds to her and they are doing ok. When I recieved inheritance she recommended to invest some, have a "just in case" fund of 3months worth of income and refinance house and use some of money to lower payments. She did help see several options.
