I had a terrible experience shopping for a gown here. Everything was fine during the actual shopping time--it was when I picked up the dress that the drama started. Staff was rude and unhelpful, had opened the store late and quadruple-booked a time slot for fittings even though there were only 2 employees in the store to help with fittings, prep for alterations, and answer the phones. My dress was a disaster. I am busty and when I was measured to order the dress, we actually ordered a dress 4 sizes bigger than what I normally wear so that we could make sure it fit securely in the bust and then we would take it in everywhere else. However, when I got the dress, we had the opposite problem--it was huge in the bust and too tight everywhere else! I'm not sure if the problem was in the measuring or the ordering, but they have a strict no refunds policies and clearly think it is the shopper's fault even in a case where what we agreed upon and what I was sold were so clearly different.
