My wife took her truck in to this dealer for service and they lost it. When we went in to pick it up at the expected time they told us they didn't have it, had never had it. The service manager and accounts manager both insisted we must have taken it somewhere else. Since they are the only Chrysler dealer in town we found this unlikely. After searching their lot we found our truck and retrieved it. All we got from Brighton Chrysler were blank stares.
