I decided to use Diamond Point because they were able to get out here right away when we needed them. We have oil heating and what happened was that the soot was blown out over the house and carpets. Diamond Point cleaned the carpets for us and did a good job. They were not able to get everything out, but I think they did what they could. I am not sure if they could have gotten it all out. I would definitely use them again.
