I had called Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning to look at my furnace which had stopped working during the night. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, cleaned a part and charged me $120. The next morning, it had stopped working again, so we called back. Another repairman came and replaced a part, and charged us another $170! He claimed it was a valid charge and we had no recourse. And the next day the heater had stopped working again! I managed to put a stop on the second check. I managed to get them to stop the second charge, but not the first, after days of getting hassled by them. Needles to say I don't recommend them. They charge too much for a service call, and don't rectify the situation when its their own fault.
