Dr Hoefer is a brilliant doctor and also one of the kindest people I have ran into in a LONG time. He has always been very proactive in me and family's care.\r
As far as the staff, my insurance had changed and I had forgot to give them the new insurance. They called me and took all of the info over the phone. I was so sorry for my mistake, but they said not worry with kindness. On a sad note I did witness another patient \r
screaming at one of the receptionist about collecting \r
her copay. The staff remained calm and tried their best\r
help this lady that was screaming. Sad for the staff. This office has it all. Excellent physicians, staff and 2 locations. Thumbs Up!!
