So I called these guys after one of my urinals was backed up. They quoted me a standard rate for a plumber on a weekend and I agreed....no big deal...I need it done, right?....So the plumber, I think his name was Donny, Showed up and did the job. No big deal...till he handed me the bill, and it was two hundred LESS than I was quoted over the phone. Now mind you, I've only been in business for myself for two years now. What I've learned is that people will take advantage of you whenever you turn your back. What I found with these guys, is that they are a small company and are doing what you should be doing right now. That is honest work for honest pay. With that said, I will call them again if...(WHEN)...I have another problem at my pub.
Pros: very honest after quoting me a high price
Cons: nothing, except it wasn't free...)
