""Packaged deals"" are incredibly overpriced. Rent a room (viewing area), ""rent a car"" (limo/hearse) to the funeral, ""rent a minister"" (great guy, not complaining) buy a casket, embalming (no doubt worth it) all for 11,500.....what?
When asked how they could justify the price? Oh, you get airline discounts, family counseling, grief counseling....blah blah blah. Very nice people, but honestly...didn't understand the ""value."" Asked them to itemize it as opposed to having a package that i didn't completely use....oh, i save a few hundred dollars! Wow! Add a few, very few, extra flowers for the display....not included in the package. That's when I wanted to show them my package....sorry for those sensitive people :-)
Bottom line...nice place, but ""dignity""....my c-ass-kett. Just cuz I'm crude doesn't make me wrong :-) I tried to find my mom's obituary...found it on the newspaper's website, not indignity's....or at least, not obvious.
OK, i'm done....choose wisely my friends....god bless. :-)
