Beware of this company!!! Escrow was opened for 3 business days before I had to cancel due to the seller refusing to repair a leaking roof. Broker promised a full refund of deposit, but I later found out from escrow company (South Hill Escrow) that I would be charged a $300 cancellation fee. Has anyone out there had a similar experience with this company and South Hill Escrow?
