Had a Carrier unit installed to include duct work in Oct 2007. Had numerous service calls but not for the same failure. I could identify the failure by the codes on the Infinity thermostat. It was a Carrier issue and finally due to the insistance of Mr. Bean they were able to work out a replacment unit. Not many folks in this day and day would go the extra mile to help a customer, but I assure you that Bean Heating and Air did and they DO care about their customers.\r
