We have had issues with ASM Properties since the day we moved into the house we are in now.
The dishwasher was not working and it took them a month and a half to repair the problem.
When we made our report on the house after a week , they did nothing to take care of any issues.
The large blinds in the dining room fell and struck my wife just below her eye leaving a deep gash.
We have water under the crawl space when there is a heavy rain. Last night , my wife was watching TV at 9pm and a large window panel just shattered out of nowhere. When we reported the issue today , they told us in an email that we would have to pay for the broken window. We had a specialist from a window company and they explained that it was house settling issues.
ASM refused to come out right away and look at the window. Now our family has to stay out of the living room until they look at it with another window specialist.
When I called the owner to complain. He argued with me and basically called me a liar. Then he hung up on me.
Cons: Rude and dont seem to care for property.
