The owner came out and discovered that the leak was in my Hot Water Heater. I decided to have a new Tankless water heater installed at the time, becuase they seem to be more modern and work better. The fellow that came out, Andy (I think he is the owner) took the time to explain things to me, quoted me what I feel was a fair price, and did what he said he would do. I am very happy.
