Hands down the worst experience I've had. I spent $35.00 only not to receive what I actually ordered and to be told during the conversation when I called about the order, by the manager, Brenda that she was too busy. She did not offer an apology, nor did she offer to remake at least one of the pizzas; but instead told me that I didn't have two identical pizzas although I assured her that I did. My grandson was so disappointed not to have the pizza with black olives or bacon. The manager also stated it was ordered online & they weren't responsible. Not certain how she drew that conclusion. She became argumentative & refused to listen to me. I finally told her that she was awful at her job and I was dissatisfied. The fact that she didn't care that as a customer I wasn't satisfied and that she didn't offer to correct the issue, really annoyed me
The lack of customer service was awful and the product was lacking as well. I will NEVER order anything from Pizza Hut again, especially the location on Jonesboro Road in McDonough, GA And I recommend others stay away as well.
THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS BUT YOU CAN'T POST A REVIEW WITHOUT ONE.
