Went in for the first time to see if they had a puppy ""sling"" that I'd seen many versions of online. They only had VERY expensive ""purses"" to carry pooches. The woman very condescendingly listed all the reasons why the sling is inferior and I should get one of these purses. I ended up ordering my ""outward hound"" sling online for $20 and it is just want I needed. I was so disappointed in her treating me like an idiot (not knowing what I really wanted). I would have appreciated her respect for my choice and she could have ordered me one. Instead, I felt that I wasn't an important customer and she just wanted my money.
Pros: lots of great things for dogs
Cons: the service person who I encountered
