Hiten the manager is warm and wonderful. He is very friendly and kind. He is not in a hurry and treats the customers with respect. If you are looking for the rare personal touch, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I have had a box here for over two years and have mailed things over fifty times, so I feel like I have enough experience to judge the overall quality of this place.
TO the previous reviewer, I would say that a power failure is an unforeseen act, and is not the fault of UPS. I would also say that it is up to the sendee to use good judgment and not send a package during a power failure, or perhaps try another location. This is an unusual circumstance.
Pros: Convenient, friendly, honest
Cons: Not a lot of parking, busy office, other employees just ok
