I always use Rydell for service work on my Silverado. Bought the truck there in '06 and have been coming to the service department ever since. When buying a vehicle, you feel intimidated by negotiating a lower deal. I didn't have to do any of that here. The salesperson I worked with genuinely just wanted to help me find the truck I wanted. No negotiations, pricing is upfront. \r
The service department takes good care of my truck. I appreciate being able to drive in and have my oil changed without an appointment. The advisors are friendly and know me by name. \r
Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my truck worked on. The quality is much better here than anywhere I've ever been.
