I had a bad experience with the Scout Shop. I was rushed for time, so I decided to call ahead and see if I could get some things put together for me. My son had just joined scouting and we didn't know what we would need and seeing that I was rushed for time I thought this would help. I was told NO, we have plenty of people here to help you. When I arrived there was one person working and he was helping another guest for 5-10 minutes with another person in line behind her. needless to say I was running extremely short on time now. Although the young gentelman apologized repeatedly, I will order whatever I need online in the future.
Pros: Had everything you could possibly need.
