I have never encountered such poor customer service in my entire life. truly. And because the larger company of UHAUL does not seem too concerned how their employees act, they know they can get away with it. When they rudely refused to honor my reservation, I could not get the issue resolved because customer service is not open on the weekends. I would give zero stars if I could. check out yelp for more people hating this uhaul location.
